Stunning Maryann

10:40 PM

Last week Saturday, I set out on yet another sanitation day to go to a bride residing in Satellite town. It was exactly a year after I had done the same for bride Elizabeth (Click here to read about Elizabeth's wedding). But unlike Elizabeth, I had not met Maryann before her wedding day. I was referred to her by her family member and my friend,Titi. I got there at exactly 6am and I had to wait another 3 hours for her to get dressed (roll your eyes with me if you can relate). When we finally started she said to me " Titi has told me a lot about you, all I want to say is I want a very simple makeup but I want my lips to pop". In my mind, I was happy because that made my job even easier.
Maryann had 3 outfits that day, her church wedding dress, traditional igbo attire and finally, a traditional Yoruba attire. For each attire, I changed her look but concentrated more on her lips as per her request.

Pictures and details of products used below.

For her Church wedding look, on her lips I lined with MILANI Color Statement Pencil in Pink, then I used MILANI Lipstick in ROSE HIP. For the traditional Igbo attire, I lined her lips with ZARON lip Pencil in Orange then applied Jioney Lipgloss in Orange. For the last look, I used MILANI lipstck in High Voltage and MAC Viva Glam lipstick.
