PARTY CLIENTS

10:03 PM

Hi guys. Long time, no see. Everything here has been really hectic. I've got my wedding errands to run and at the same time, it is also the wedding season which means I'm always busy. Coupled with the fact the that blogging is just not easy. It requires real commitment and generation of quality content. It makes you appreciate those who blog regularly.  So, please bear with me. I'm going to include "weekly blogging" to my list of resolutions next year. #lol.

Today I want to talk about party clients. As a Makeup artist in Lagos, every weekend I get calls from ladies who make bookings to get their makeup done to the parties they want to attend. While this is a welcome influx of business for me ( wide grin), I can't help but be amazed sometimes that makeup could be something that is now appreciated so much that people are now willing to pay to get their faces done just to attend parties. A couple of years ago, only a few people even entertained the thought of hiring a makeup artist for their wedding day talk more of getting a makeup artist to do you up just to go for a party! These days, ladies don't joke with their owambe parties anymore. It's so bad that sometimes it's hard to tell who the bride/celebrant is and who is a guest. Them girls are not smiling! A couple of weeks ago, a certain socialite got married and the whole of lagos
stood still. Calls kept coming in on both my phones asking me to come and makeup them up. I can't even count the number of people I had to turn down. It was beyond crazy
When you think about all this, you would realise that you would have to make extra efforts as a bride or else someone else will just come and steal your shine.

Moral of my long story is you need Molurlah's Makeover. So, find us on instagram @molurlahsmakeover, on Facebook -Molurlah's Makeover or call 08039244185
